Today's blog is a quick one. Let's take a moment and just breathe together. Give this a try right now.
Step 1:
Get comfortable as best you can (this will be different when you do this in bed or on the couch versus on line at the grocery store or while on a Teams Meeting at work.)
Step 2
Close your eyes or soften your gaze
Step 3:
Breathe in slowly through your nose, feel your belly filling with air. Once your belly is full, slowly breathe out through your nose, feeling your belly contract. Repeat 3 times
Step 4:
Come back to the room
How are you feeling? Tell me in the comments below!
Cicada nymphs survive by suckling on the nutritious fluid slowly pumping through the link xylem of trees – xylem is to trees what veins link and arteries are to you and me. The fluid rises from the roots of the tree and it's rich in nutrients, and on this bounty the cicada nymphs eke out their silent living. The composition of the fluid changes with the seasons, and somehow, the nymphs can sense and count the achingly slow, years-long swinging of this link chemical pendulum.
Ahhh…great way to start the day! Now to remember that it’s always available.❤️
Nothing more important than the breath. Thank you 🙏
Thanks. I needed this.
