Let's take a break from the longer blogs and just breathe together. Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes or find a soft gaze down your nose Begin by tuning into your breath, just noticing your breath at first, then as you settle into your seat, begin to deepen your breath Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out, repeat 2 more times Allow your breath to return to your regular cadence, you can open your eyes and return to your day or sit here with your br
