A little meditation break...

Let's take a break from the longer blogs and just breathe together.
Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes or find a soft gaze down your nose
Begin by tuning into your breath, just noticing your breath at first, then as you settle into your seat, begin to deepen your breath
Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out, repeat 2 more times
Allow your breath to return to your regular cadence, you can open your eyes and return to your day or sit here with your breath for whatever time your day allows
