In my little Facebook group for fans of the Did You Bring the Hummus Podcast, I have sporadically done a "Feature Friday" where I'll re-share a previous episode of with a guest who is also a member of the group. I'll admit, I could be much more active in that group and I haven't done a Feature Friday in a while, so I thought, what if I did one here, on the blog?!
I chose Sandra's episode because she rules but also because the UBC gets a mention in the episode when Sandra talks about the importance of having a blog on your website. At that point, I had written 95 blogs, when this blog entry posts it will be number 164! In this episode, we also discuss Sandra's vegan journey, how intuition and spirituality are a key piece of her work, and marketing tips for vegan businesses.
Here are the 4 basics Sandra recommends to any business, whether you're just getting started or you've been around for a while:
1. Have a website
2. Start with 2 social media accounts: LinkedIn and a more visual platform like Instagram, Tik Tok, or YouTube
3. Have a blog on your website
4. Have an email newsletter
For me, numbers 2 and 4 are the ones I struggle with the most, but, I'm working on it! Where do you struggle with consistency? Or, how have you overcome that struggle? Let me know in the comments!
Announced this link past June, the 39mm Spirit Zulu Time joins a growing Spirit collection that blends everyday pilot's sports watch appeal with new-vintage styling cues pulled from link Longines' remarkable past. The Spirit line comes in link several formats, including a flyback chronograph, a field watch, and even a 42mm version of the Spirit Zulu Time.
When I worked with small businesses in the past I always stressed having a blog and Instagram and Facebook or one other Social Site so people could see and get to know them. I can't wait to check out the Podcast and thank you for sharing it with us. Have a nice week.
