So often, people are uncertain about going vegan because they don't want to give up a favorite food or recipe, maybe their favorite products or item of clothing. I'm here to tell you that veganism is about looking at the world differently, once you do that, you won't feel like you've given up anything. In fact, you'll feel and witness how much you have gained.
There are countless substitutes or options made from plants that could be used in a favorite recipe and loads of products and clothing not made from animals but just as effective or comfortable as you've always hoped.
With all of the information out there, how does someone start to uncover vegan options? How does one learn how to update a recipe? How do you know the products are effective?
That's where I come in!
My signature class, Veganize It! is an interactive, fun, and informative 90 minute class where you show up with a favorite animal-based recipe and you leave with a vegan version of that recipe. We discuss popular (and less known) substitutes then I talk through each attendee's recipe and help them veganize it. As a bonus, each attendee also receives a complimentary follow-up 30 minute one on one session with me where we can talk about how the recipe came out and any other veganizing help you may need.
In my last class, we veganized chicken parmesan, chocolate chip cookies, tacos, and chocolate pudding pie. The veganized recipes were a big hit among the attendees and their families!
Currently, Veganize It! is recipe focused, but I am planning to expand to products, clothing...etc.to encompass all aspects of vegan life. Those classes will feature discussions on how to veganize your wardrobe or bathroom products, for example. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, let me know in the comments below.

Do you have a super secret family recipe you really want to veganize but don't want to share with a class? I have a few spots open for one-on-one veganizing, please schedule a free discovery session for more info.
This is also what I’ve been doing, and it makes life so much easier!

Kimberly, you write with such pleasant clarity. I am so glad you are offering this class. I have been gradually veganizing my recipes for many years. Sometimes many small steps add up to great change.
What a great idea!
