More recipes to beat the heat - this time from a professional chef

freshly harvested orange carrots, still dirty, laying on the dirt with green tops attached.

Today's blog Is a simple one, check out the video embedded below for more recipes that are perfect for this heatwave many of us are experiencing!

In a recent comment on the blog, someone said "This is the perfect recipe for a hot summer day - vegan or not. I’m saving this to my must-try files." and I just loved that so much. Vegan food is for everyone, whether you call yourself vegan or something else, or don't even label yourself.

Below I've embedded a video from one of my favorites, Chef Derek Sarno. I figured since I mentioned him In yesterday's blog I would link you to one of his amazing videos. Chef Derek's recipes are phenomenal. I hope you'll give one of these (or any of his many) recipes a try.

Since this video Includes 5 recipes, It is about a half hour long. If you don't have that much time right now, scan the recipes In the description and skip to the one you want to make first!

Which recipe might you try first?
