Today, I am sharing 10 vegans or vegan organizations I love following on Instagram. I'm not on TikTok and Facebook only appeals to us "olds" so I thought "Insta" could be a happy medium.
Chef Adam Sobel of Cinnamon Snail - his recipes and photos of food are incredible and his videos are wacky and hilarious. (Adam has been on Did You Bring the Hummus and That Vegan Morning Show!)
Apex Advocacy - Not sure what intersectionality is or why it matters/should matter to vegans? Start by following Apex Advocacy.
The Tiny Chef Show - pure joy - don't miss it
Vigilante Vegan - Stewart Mitchell's love for and determination to leave the world better than he found it is palpable in every post. He inspires, his art moves, and his advocacy speaks volumes.
Catherine Perez, RD - I have her cookbook The Peaceful Kitchen and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, I've made from this book is the best thing I've ever made. Her recipes are simple and delicious and the videos/photos she posts are beautiful.
Ethos Farm to Health - Founded and run by vegan doctor Ron Weiss M.D., if you like photos of veggies, they've got your covered! If you're local, they also host wonderful events (including a meditation run by me this Saturday!) You can hear Dr. Weiss' story on Did You Bring the Hummus here.
Woodstock Farm Sanctuary - get to know the residents of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary through videos and photos, learn about their past, gain a deeper understanding of who you are helping or hurting each time you sit down to a meal.
Another Effing Vegan - Looking for an activist to follow? Look no further than Jamie, Another Effing Vegan. Jamie's videos are engaging, insightful, and honest.
The Banana Diaries - Your mind will be blown by the desserts you'll see in the reels and then again when you look at the recipes and realize you don't need to be a pastry chef to make them yourself.
Boochaces and/or Rancho Relaxo Team- New Jersey based sanctuary Rancho Relaxo. Meet the animals, learn their stories, watch them play.
Who will you start following? Do you have other recommendations for vegans or vegan organizations you'd recommend we (me and other readers) give a follow? Tell me in the comments below! (no non-vegan suggestions, thanks!!)

Thanks for sharing these organizations. While I'm not vegan, I don't find many of your recipes so delicious looking. I'll have to check your list out!
This is a great list! Thanks for sharing! I am following some of these already. I love Chef Adam Sobel's recipes and fun ads! I can't wait to visit Ethos farm with you soon! 💚
I love food of all kinds, so thanks for enlightening me with some names I've never heard of. I recognized Adam Sobel from seeing him on The Food Network. Can't wait to check out the rest.
