Meditation with Kimberly

Do you have a regular meditation practice? If not, would you like one?

I have been meditating off and on (but mostly on) for over 25 years now and I have to say, I can navigate life a bit more easily when my meditation practice is consistent. What I love most about meditation Is how it is both preventative and can be really effective in the moment, even with just a breath or two. It is also accessible without any special tools or gear. You just need your breath.

When feeling overwhelmed, even in public, taking a deep breath in can work wonders and no one around you even notices. You can take a few moments to focus on your breath, or, if you can't seem to find a steady breath, you can focus in on a sound or even something physical in your environment, you don't have to close your eyes.

Twice a month, I hold live meditations on Thursdays at 8pm ET. You join me via Zoom from the most comfortable place in your home and I lead you in a meditation, sometimes I do reiki too. At the start of every session I pull an affirmation card so if you like to meditate on words or treat them like a mantra you have that option. Sessions last anywhere from 40-60 minutes, attendees can drop at any time If they need to leave the session before It ends. I just ask that you do so quietly so as not to interrupt your fellow meditators.

Feedback from these Meditation with Kimberly sessions note feeling so peaceful the attendee fell asleep, finding the ability to work through something challenging either during or after the session, and even screenshots from an attendee's smart watch app reflecting how they found peace during meditation!

I love meditation, I too have been off and on over the years but it truly does help me refocus my life and keep everything in alignment. It's great for visualizing my future. Definetely interested in your meditation & reiki work. Looks like Ethos is only 30 min away from me. Hopefully I can come by. :)

My meditation is prayer. I can sit quietly and speak in my mind and listen in.
