Sheet pan quesadillas?!?!?!?!

I know, this is not a photo of a quesadilla but all of the tortilla photos I could find were definitely not vegan friendly

I was on YouTube last night and came across a new Nard Dog Cooks video for buffalo quesadillas. Of course, this looks delicious but what blew me away was how he made them on a sheet pan instead of one by one!! I know, right?!?!?! Blew my mind! (If you read yesterday's blog, you know I am loving a good sheet pan meal!) This video is only about 6 minutes long, it's a must watch.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but I'm gonna!!

If you aren't familiar with Nard Dog Cooks, I would encourage you to check out a bunch of his videos. The aesthetics are beautiful and his whole vibe is just soothing. I have followed him on Instagram for a while and I'm always happy when one of his videos pops up in my feed. It took me way too long to write this brief blog because I kept going back and watching more of his videos, then I went to his website and started saving a bunch of recipes. So, I guess that's part of my weekend now.

Do you enjoy watching cooking videos? Do you find yourself feeling more inspired the next time you're in the kitchen? I know I do, but I definitely go through phases where I watch cooking videos almost daily and then I'll let a whole year go by without watching a single one.
