What an exciting start to the week for me! Yesterday, Season 7 of Did You Bring the Hummus launched with Episode 125 - Vystopia with Clare Mann and then an hour later Jen and I were joined by Anna Ferguson of World Peace Yoga on That Vegan Morning Show.
In our chat with Anna we talk about the connection of yoga, veganism, and ahimsa. Anna helps us see and understand how yoga is for everyone, or, as she likes to call her practice "yoga for people who breathe."

Veganism and yoga, in my opinion, are a cool combination that complement each other.
Unfortunately, 45 minutes, and I am working early voting today as an election inspector. I will tune in after I come home this evening. It gives me something to look forward to. Thank you!
Love the idea of when you are on the mat to really focus on the practice and keep our minds on that rather than what we are doing after class or being judgmental about your body not being in the perfect form. Accepting the moment and really being in the moment with no thoughts outside of that. Great interview.
